TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Cloud): Owning a strategic portfolio of customer accounts to ensure success throughout the customer journey, from onboarding to retention and expansion, leveraging cloud intelligence and expertise. Focus on building trusted relationships, driving value realization, and supporting cost optimization and FinOps maturity.

Location: This role is based 100% remotely in Israel (no office).

What you will do

  • Own and strategically manage a portfolio of key customer accounts through their full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects) to drive value and engagement.
  • Perform business and technical discovery in partnership with engineering teams to uncover opportunities for integrated use case implementation using hirify.global Cloud Intelligence™.
  • Support customer cost optimization and FinOps maturity in close collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Act as a customer advocate, providing valuable input to the product feedback loop and coordinating advocacy opportunities with marketing.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage customer risk utilizing customer data and create effective mitigation plans with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS Company.
  • 3+ years experience with a public cloud platform like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Native Hebrew speaker.
  • Experience with Customer Success tooling (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight, Churnzero).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive success plans and achieve customer targets/goals/objectives.
  • Fluent in English to a professional degree (verbal and written).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Success data analytics.
  • Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or FinOps Certifications.
  • Additional languages.
