What you will do
- Manage inbound B2B leads, including qualification, prioritization, and allocation to the sales team.
- Ensure relevant leads are accurately entered and maintained within the sales pipeline.
- Support and operate outbound hunting and outreach mechanisms.
- Support the ongoing operation of the lead lifecycle, including tracking, follow-ups, and process adherence.
- Build and maintain lead management boards, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Assist in mapping additional B2B verticals and growth opportunities, working with lead-related technologies including AI.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an SDR or similar lead-focused role.
- Familiarity with B2B lead qualification and routing processes.
- Strong operational and detail-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting, and data tracking.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Tableau experience.
