Business Development Intern

TL;DR

Business Development Intern (Sales): Learning prospecting skills and working on data enrichment projects for customers and prospects with an accent on understanding BDR processes and sales lifecycle. Focus on researching target companies and roles, and contributing to strategic plans for global continuous testing leader.

Location: Ra-anana, Israel. This role requires 3 mandatory in-office days per week and operates on a schedule of Mon-Friday (2:00 pm IST to 11:00 pm IST).

What you will do

• Learn prospecting skills directly from business development representatives and sales/marketing leaders.
• Shadow team members on discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with prospects.
• Research target companies and appropriate roles within them using various technologies.
• Work on data enrichment projects for both customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Available to work full-time for 3 months (July 1st to September 30th, 2026).
• Ability to work 3 mandatory in-office days per week in Ra-anana, Israel.
• Work schedule: Mon-Friday (2:00 pm IST to 11:00 pm IST).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English B2 required).
• Desire to work in sales within the technology sector.
