Solution Sales Specialist (Identity Security): Expanding reach and impact by driving sales for Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Endpoint Security solutions with an accent on identifying and progressing strategic opportunities, aligning technical capabilities to business needs, and engaging with key decision-makers and channel partners. Focus on delivering tailored solutions that address complex customer requirements and achieving regional sales quota.

Location: United Kingdom with up to 30% travel within the assigned region.

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Workforce solutions (IAM, IGA, Endpoint Security) in the assigned region.
  • Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and deal progression from discovery to closure.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to build relationships with CISO/CIO and product leadership.
  • Deliver value-based business cases articulating ROI and aligning with customer goals.
  • Partner with Resellers, System Integrators, and Channel Partners to expand market reach and accelerate sales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technology field.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in IAM and IGA domains, with solid experience selling traditional and/or modern IGA solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in strategic account management or overlay sales.
  • Deep understanding of IAM, IGA, Endpoint Security, related technologies, and cybersecurity best practices, particularly within large enterprises.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical value propositions to both technical stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Tableau) and methodologies (MEDDPICC).
