What you will do
- Consistently meet or exceed department revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–9 Group Sales Coordinators.
- Optimize processes across the group booking funnel to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product, and Revenue Operations.
- Manage the end-to-end group booking process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance data, identify trends, and proactively address areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing direct reports in a sales leadership capacity.
- 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in inbound sales, tech sales, SaaS, or hospitality industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and resourceful professional who thrives on ownership and delivering results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize processes.
