TL;DR

Sales Development Team Lead (SaaS): Leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, driving success through coaching, mentorship, and strategic execution with an accent on target overachievement and employee performance management. Focus on skill development, creating educational materials, and designing effective training programs.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs. Relocation assistance available from anywhere in the world.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 (OTE, including base salary and commission)

What you will do

  • Lead up to 8 Sales Development Representatives, ensuring they overachieve quarterly targets through effective management.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to support their success and track target achievement.
  • Establish monthly development objectives for the sales team to foster continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee performance to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team, focusing on constant skill development and identifying individual and team training needs.
  • Collaborate with other SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to create educational materials, sales scripts, and product updates.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the SaaS or tech-related industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
