TL;DR
Sales Development Team Lead (SaaS): Leading and coaching a team of Sales Development Representatives to overachieve quarterly targets with an accent on skill development and performance management. Focus on designing effective training programs, developing educational materials, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.
Location: Hybrid (USA), requiring 3 days a week in-person at one of our hubs.
Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 OTE (base + commission + stock options)

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of up to 8 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve quarterly targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and monthly development objectives for team members.
- Coach and mentor SDRs, focusing on continuous skill development and identifying training needs.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new SDRs.
- Collaborate with other SDR Managers to develop educational material, sales scripts, and product updates.
- Design engaging training sessions using gamification, role-playing, and pitch simulations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design effective training and onboarding programs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Must be based within commuting distance of a hub for a hybrid work model (3 days in-person).
- English proficiency required as it is the official office language.
