Location: Must be based in Denver, Colorado, United States, operating within a hybrid-hub model that may involve office presence.

Salary: $110,000–$110,000 USD (OTE, Base Salary + Variable).

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and generate new revenue opportunities within existing accounts to exceed quotas.
  • Drive customer growth and success through upselling and ensuring maximum product adoption.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership by conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Strategically plan and execute account growth through comprehensive business plans and cross-selling.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions and effective onboarding for key accounts from sales to account management.
  • Present compelling value propositions for unmanaged travel solutions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to drive customer outcomes.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the platform and industry to effectively support customers.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of full-cycle B2B selling experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales tools.
  • Ability to run a consultative sales motion focused on retention and expansion.
  • Strong organizational skills, including CRM and pipeline management.
  • Experience using sales tools to identify usage trends and growth opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen to partner with customers on solutions.
