Travel & Spend Implementation Team Lead (SaaS): Leading and energizing the team responsible for onboarding new clients onto the hirify.global platform, focusing on seamless, quick, and high-quality implementations to drive customer satisfaction and ARR growth. Focus on coaching implementation specialists, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring clients rapidly derive value from the platform.

Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of one of our hubs (London, Boston, or Berlin). Relocation support is available to these hubs.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6-10 Implementation Specialists.
• Inspire high performance and create a results-driven environment.
• Take full accountability for customer implementations, ensuring accurate and efficient onboarding.
• Act as the first line of escalation for team challenges.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations.
• Drive operational excellence by building and refining efficient and scalable implementation processes.

Requirements

• Solid proven experience managing and developing people.
• Strong operational and project management background.
• Solid experience with customer communication, stakeholder management, and escalations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team development.
• High fluency in English and excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based within commuting distance of one of our hubs (London, Boston, or Berlin).

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS implementations, especially the Travel Module.
• Experience in FinTech/Finance.
• Experience in ERP implementations.
