Location: Hybrid in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Migration Specialists, providing regular feedback and career growth support.
  • Own the end-to-end data migration experience for new customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality onboarding.
  • Establish and refine migration processes, documentation, and best practices to support scale and consistency.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve migration challenges and improve tooling.
  • Monitor team capacity, migration timelines, and success metrics to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk migrations and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing or leading a team.
  • 5+ years of experience in data migration, customer onboarding, implementation, or a related SaaS function.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations, and migration workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling migration or onboarding teams at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, practice management tools, or financial data.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product or Engineering teams on migration tooling or automation.
