What you will do

• Guide customers through the full implementation of hirify.global CPQ.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and workshops, both online and on-site.
• Act as the main point of contact and ensure projects stay on track with the project manager.
• Provide hands-on support and real-time troubleshooting.
• Translate customer needs into clear configuration and setup choices.
• Share feedback and improvement ideas to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset, enjoying helping others succeed.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, practical solutions.
• Comfortable working with software, systems, data, and experience with ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
• Previous customer-facing roles in SaaS or tech.
• Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
