Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in-office are required Anchor Days)

What you will do

• Design and architect customer workspaces, including use case implementation and member management.
• Develop and execute change management and training plans to ensure successful customer adoption.
• Scope, negotiate, and manage professional services engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Lead workspace builds and implementation projects.
• Partner with sales teams to position and deliver professional services solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide guidance on workspace architecture, permissions, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and drive feature adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong project management expertise with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new technologies.
• Excellence in stakeholder management and building relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of technical concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering successful customer implementations.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience with workspace design and information architecture.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of API integrations and enterprise software systems.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
