Sales Development Representative - Czech Speaker (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prospect for new business through high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Execute targeted sales campaigns aligned with strategic industries, customer segments, and growth initiatives.
• Research companies and decision-makers to identify sales opportunities.
• Respond to and qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads from campaigns, events, and digital channels.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years, or expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• 0–6 months of professional experience.
• Degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, financial mathematics, actuarial science, business analytics, data analytics, law, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone.
• Fluent Czech is required.
