What you will do

• Run multichannel outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, video, and calls.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
• Research existing customer accounts and map IT decision-makers across Spain.
• Identify internal champions and conduct thorough discovery to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Book highly qualified product demos and collaborate with Account Executives to improve pipeline conversion.
• Track activity, feedback, and learnings in HubSpot CRM while contributing to outbound messaging and sales playbooks.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Italian and professional English.
• At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles is a plus.
• Creative, energetic, resilient, and comfortable handling objections in expansion sales.
• Strategic account-mapping mindset with a consultative approach to discovery.
