TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Representative: Driving lead conversion and proactive prospecting to generate qualified sales meetings with an accent on engaging C-level and VP-level decision-makers. Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 plus uncapped commission/bonus eligibility

What you will do

  • Drive lead conversion and orchestrate introductory meetings with Account Executives.
  • Strategically target and secure meetings with VP- and C-level executives, leading discovery calls for lower-level stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with new prospects through strategic calls, targeted emails, and sales sequencing tools.
  • Achieve monthly targets by setting up 20+ completed and qualified sales meetings.
  • Proactively make 150+ dials daily using an AI dialing platform.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, logging activity and scheduling timely follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or related roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Prior experience with outbound cold calling over the phone.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate value propositions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, 6sense, Outreach).
  • Experience crafting messaging for C-suite and VP-level decision makers.
  • Ability to understand and articulate executive-level business goals and challenges.
