Business Development Representative, Enterprise (Sales): Driving outbound sales efforts in new and existing accounts with an accent on multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach. Focus on strategically prospecting into new accounts, leveraging unique roles and strengths to achieve shared goals.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX

Salary: $61,000 - $85,000 USD, plus commission-eligible.

What you will do

  • Strategically prospect into new accounts, leveraging unique roles and strengths to achieve shared goals.
  • Deepen understanding of the product and customer challenges through the onboarding program and Learning Management System.
  • Leverage an industry-leading software stack in outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experiment with new tactics and strategies for outbound prospecting.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching.
  • Strong curiosity to identify business initiatives, challenges, and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong motivation and goal-oriented approach with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
