What you will do

• Lead scope definition and roadmap creation for projects within a program portfolio.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations while resolving conflicts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, customers, and vendors.
• Facilitate the creation of OKRs, KPIs, and financial metrics to measure program performance.
• Identify program risks, gaps, and barriers to execution efficiency, providing mitigation strategies.
• Influence and proactively coordinate communication of plan progress with business leaders and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is required.
• Five to seven years of experience in program management, change management, business transformation, or project management is required.
• Knowledge of the PEO industry, HR/Payroll domain, and HCM technology is desirable.
