Contract Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead execution of all contract requirements supporting research and development initiatives.
• Oversee performance of an integrated interdisciplinary team of approximately 40 personnel.
• Serve as primary interface with Government leadership on programmatic, technical, and financial matters.
• Manage contract performance, staffing, subcontractors, and deliverables to ensure compliance.
• Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and cost objectives.
• Oversee financial execution, including review of funding status and resource allocations.
• Coordinate across technical, security, acquisition, and operational stakeholders to support program objectives.
• Prepare and deliver program status briefings and reports to senior Government leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of federal contracting Program Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Intelligence Community programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs with integrated interdisciplinary teams of similar size and scope (approximately 40 personnel).
• Demonstrated success transitioning-in contracts of approximately 40 personnel.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 15 years of Program Management experience supporting integrated interdisciplinary teams within the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing research and development programs or supporting an Advanced Research Projects Agency–type organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting a demanding customer environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting senior-level engagements.
