What you will do

• Lead cross-functional execution for a major card integration and premium customer growth roadmap.
• Structure and solve ambiguous, unstructured problems.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Design, and Business stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Ensure minimal customer disruption and enhance premium experience continuity.
• Influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Translate strategy into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets & Slides).
• Experience partnering with design and technology teams for implementation.
• Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on mindset.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable leading high-stakes, revenue-generating initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, fintech, credit cards, or premium customer segments.
• Experience leading large integration efforts or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience coordinating work through influence rather than direct authority.
