What you will do

• Grow new business sales and upsell existing accounts for cybersecurity solutions.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to position security solutions and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales and professional services teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops.
• Engage and present at multi-levels within accounts, including board level.
• Develop account and opportunity plans, managing sales CRM tools and providing accurate forecasting.
• Develop strategic relationships with channel and service partners.

Requirements

• Experience growing new business sales and upsell within accounts.
• Ability to rebuild distressed accounts into top-producing customers.
• Proven track record of achieving pipeline goals and transforming accounts.
• Understanding of the security market, especially cloud migration and digital transformations.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization.
• Fluent Polish and English required.

• MEDDPICC or MEDDIC training.
