What you will do
- Grow new business sales and upsell existing renewal customers in CEE region
- Partner with inside renewals and technical pre-sales teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops
- Engage and present at multiple levels including board level within accounts
- Develop account and opportunity plans to improve strategy and rebuild distressed accounts
- Manage sales CRM and produce accurate weekly forecasting
- Develop relationships with channel and service partners for strategic agreements
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Poland
- Fluent in Polish and English (English level C1+)
- Experience with MEDDPICC or MEDDIC sales methodologies advantageous
- Understanding of security market trends, cloud migration, and digital transformation
- Proven track record in growing new business and rebuilding accounts
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and achieving pipeline goals
