TL;DR

Federal Civilian Inside Sales Rep (Cybersecurity): Managing the complete sales cycle for commercial-level business opportunities within the federal landscape with an accent on identifying new opportunities and nurturing agency relationships. Focus on driving adoption of market-leading XDR technologies and ensuring seamless customer and internal team experience.

Location: Hybrid role based out of Tyson’s Corner, VA, with remote flexibility. Must be based in the US.

Salary: Base Pay Range: $50,000–$65,000; On Target Earnings (OTE) Range (base pay plus on target commission): $85,000–$105,000.

What you will do

  • Independently manage the complete sales cycle for commercial-level business opportunities, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Serve as a central point of contact, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Quoting teams to finalize contracts.
  • Take direct ownership of your individual sales pipeline, consistently hitting metrics and delivering closed/won revenue.
  • Oversee the renewal and quoting processes to ensure a seamless customer and internal team experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in high-technology sales, product development, or business development.
  • Documented track record of consistently meeting or overachieving sales quotas.
  • Sharp time, account, and territory management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver high-stakes presentations.
  • Analytical mindset to analyze market trends and agency needs effectively.
  • Resilient, persistent, and self-starting drive to deliver results.

Nice to have

  • Background in the Security Software industry.
