What you will do
- Own the Sales Development strategy, execution, and pipeline contribution across all segments.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on opportunity creation goals and account prioritization.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven enrichment, orchestration, and automation strategies.
- Develop and communicate performance narratives, including pipeline results and ROI.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, developing managers and creating succession depth.
- Operate as a cross-functional leader, influencing go-to-market strategy and investment decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or related functions.
- Proven track record of building and scaling SDR/BDR organizations.
- Deep understanding of segment-specific sales development strategies.
- Strong knowledge of sales development tools & technology and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Exceptional ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic action.
- Excellent executive communication and influence skills.
