Salary: $140,000–$150,000 /yr (base) + variable commission, annual bonus, and RSU grant.

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the 401(k)/retirement-services line of business.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on the 401(k) business, setting clear quotas and managing pipeline.
- Drive new retirement business growth and upsell/expansion within existing clients leveraging the HCM platform.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Broker/Advisor Relations teams to refine value proposition.
- Manage forecast, budgeting, and reporting of sales metrics (pipeline volume, win rate, deal size, sales cycle, book of business growth).
- Engage with key strategic prospects and participate in senior-level negotiations for large plan opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S. and available five days per week during designated work hours.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Marketing or related).
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in retirement plan services, financial services, or HCM solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex enterprise or channel sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan design, administration, fiduciary issues, and 401(k) marketplaces.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, team development, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
