TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States. For candidates residing within 50 miles of the San Ramon office, a hybrid model (3 days/week in office) is required.

Salary: $107,900 – $250,800 USD

What you will do

  • Oversee the Named Partner Team and collaborate with Regional Sales Teams to drive channel strategy.
  • Build Go-To-Market business plans with identified focus partners and hirify.global Sales Teams.
  • Align regional sales organizations with relevant partners through targeted demand generation.
  • Drive internal resources to provide partner enablement activities like co-marketing, events, and trainings.
  • Track forecasting, sales process alignment, and assist with building marketing plans for the region.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class experience for partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology sales and channel sales experience.
  • Experience selling Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
  • Experience building and managing multiple partner relationships, especially within the Master Agent community.
  • Understanding of the partner landscape, opportunity qualification, and deal cycle.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
