Sales Operations Manager (SaaS): Optimizing the success of hirify.global’s Sales & GTM teams and building and streamlining GTM processes and systems with an accent on the renewals organization and project management. Focus on ensuring data integrity and system efficiency and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and performance.

Location: Canada, United States

Salary: $124K – $155K

What you will do

  • Work alongside GTM leadership to review existing workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Manage key projects, including scoping requirements, writing business requirement documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and maintain the sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Help manage GTM quota models for Renewals & Sales.
  • Assist in optimizing renewals and sales processes to ensure smooth deal flow.
  • Contribute to efforts around data quality, integrity, standardization, and controls for accurate reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in Renewal Operations.
  • Experience working for a high-growth software/SaaS company.
  • Technically savvy with Google Suite, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable with new technologies and ability to communicate with those who are tech-savvy.
