Senior Account Management (SaaS): Building deep customer relationships and driving incremental business in existing customers by delivering value with an accent on consultative sales, client onboarding, and pipeline management. Focus on expanding cloud-based software usage, meeting revenue targets through upsell and cross-sell, and creating compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders.
Location: Flexible, with the ability to work in the EU/UK shift or ANZ (early morning) to cover different time zones.

What you will do
- Become an expert on the platform and expand cloud-based software usage in existing customers.
- Drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Professionally manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders using Customer Success Plans and strategies.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client needs to ensure successful adoption and deployment of products.
- Create and articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders, aligning with internal teams.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of overall sales experience, including 2+ years of SaaS sales or solution-based selling experience.
- Proven track record of success selling to VP or C-level executives in Mid Market and Enterprise companies.
- Experience in driving expanded usage in existing customers and managing complex sales-cycles.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to construct strong business cases and ROI.
- Thorough understanding or experience in CRM/EX/CX technology space.
- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processes.
- English: B2 required.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s degree preferred.
