What you will do
- Manage client accounts from onboarding to renewal.
- Guide clients on technical, business, and product levels, collaborating with internal teams.
- Handle quotes, agreements, and NDAs to ensure a smooth client onboarding.
- Research and identify potential prospects based on strategic development.
- Maintain highly targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to source meetings.
- Introduce clients to new features and manage new feature releases.
Requirements
- English: C1+ required
- Demonstrated account management experience in sales within B2B cloud/SaaS software or financial services/compliance/crypto.
- Familiarity with CRM pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
