What you will do

  • Perform outbound sales calls, connecting with prospects via phone, social, and email.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for live chat sales enquiries and coordinate with internal sales resources.
  • Qualify high-quality opportunities and arrange follow-up meetings with the sales team.
  • Utilize hirify.global CRM (SalesForce.com) for lead management, documentation, and follow-up procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, O365, business process planning, and hirify.global products.
  • Assist existing and prospective customers during product trial periods and pursue additional business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture collaboratively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills and an absolute focus on quality of work.
  • Proven ability to connect with people using telephone, email, and online networking sites.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Marketing or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience.
