Business Development Manager (Abu Dhabi)

Focus on acquiring new introducers, reactivating existing agencies, and nurturing ongoing relationships to generate consistent lead flow for the mortgage consultant team.

What you will do

• Identify and target new real estate agencies and introducers across key UAE markets.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key real estate groups and stakeholders.
• Review dormant or low-activity agencies within the CRM.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with active agencies to ensure high engagement levels.
• Work closely with the assigned Mortgage Consultant (MC) team to ensure timely handover and conversion of leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for agency acquisition, activation, and lead delivery.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage and real estate market.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development roles (preferably in real estate or financial services).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting dashboards.
