What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and VAR sales teams to align activities with overall sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Provide partners with the necessary sales tools, resources, and support to effectively promote BMC Helix’s solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in VARs’ renewals and growth pipeline and accelerate sales cycles.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic partners.
• Identify, target, recruit, and onboard new partners.
• Drive joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives to expand BMC's presence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven success selling in the SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and provide team-on-team leadership.
• Proven ability to develop business as a trusted partner by understanding pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Must be based in United Arab Emirates, Dubai Ubora.
