What you will do

• Lead a high-performing hirify.globalering team, driving collaboration, growth, and accountability.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of hirify.globalering projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
• Drive efficiency through agile methodologies and hirify.globalering best practices, continuously refining workflows and optimizing team productivity.
• Act as a bridge between hirify.globalering and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions that enhance product development and business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hirify.globalering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on driving performance and results.
• Technical foundation with expertise in at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience working with AWS and Datadog.
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, hirify.globalering, or a related field.
