What you will do

• Lead engineering teams in building enterprise‑grade applications, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum processes and transformations, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams to improve velocity and adaptability.
• Provide architectural direction and drive innovation, including implementation of modern frameworks.
• Champion performance, accessibility, and quality through code optimization and testing.
• Partner with vendors and manage resources, project milestones, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation through delivery.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong ability to define project scope, technical specifications, and resource allocation.
• Experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams of 8–12 members and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Strong financial and quality governance skills.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying micro‑frontends, SSR, or similar modern architectures.
• Knowledgeable in Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and applying quality gates such as SonarQube.
• Proven success driving accessibility initiatives aligned with W3C and WCAG AAA standards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.
• Vendor and partner management experience.
