Salary: $222,392 – $261,637

What you will do

• Lead the delivery, execution, and monitoring of the Dashboard platform, managing resources and ensuring high quality standards.
• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to make strategic, data-driven decisions benefiting customers.
• Guide the technical direction of the Dashboard platform through intelligent insights and operational rigor.
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks and technical constraints before they impact team success.
• Build and manage a world-class engineering team, providing timely feedback and fostering career development.
• Champion engineering excellence by implementing best practices around testing, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong technical background in full-stack web development, modern frontend frameworks, and backend systems.
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing applications with complex authentication, authorization, and workflow requirements.
• Track record of successfully delivering large technical initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and communicating effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Experience implementing engineering best practices, monitoring, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent, including experience using AI tools to improve work.
