• Own and collaborate on the long-term product vision for new patient acquisition channels and complex partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Product, Clinical, Legal, Ops, and Engineering.
• Develop frameworks for execution, prioritization, and operational excellence.
• Build and coach a high-performance team that excels in execution and problem-solving.
• Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance.
• Advocate for client needs through deep understanding of provider and client workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading teams.
• At least two years focused on building systems for mental health or healthcare professionals.
• Proven backend engineering leadership with a focus on high quality experiences and user centric mindset.
• Strong product sense with the ability to articulate vision and drive it to execution.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
