Client Account Executive (SaaS): Responsible for strategic account management across a portfolio of existing hirify.global customers and growing year-over-year revenue. Focus on developing and executing sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in one of hirify.global Hubs in the United States.

What you will do

  • Own the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers.
  • Create a territory account plan to consistently achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to align the product suite with their goals.
  • Generate pipeline and drive an efficient sales process.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Serve as a hirify.global expert and trusted advisor for customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, with Mid-Market experience preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience with solution selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDPICC.
  • Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
  • SaaS sales background required, with bonus points for UCaaS/CCaaS.
