TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (CPaaS): Leads prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business opportunities for hirify.global's Messaging, Voice, and Email products across mid-market and enterprise companies with an accent on driving new customer acquisition and managing complex, analytical sales cycles. Focus on understanding business and technical requirements, designing tailored communication API solutions, and balancing competitive vendor sourcing with cross-functional team collaboration.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible for hire in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC. Anticipated travel of approximately 30%.

Salary: $146,880.00 – $183,600.00 USD annually (for specific high-cost US locations).

What you will do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and manage a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV).
  • Lead highly analytical and consultative sales cycles for hirify.global’s messaging, voice, and email solutions.
  • Understand customer business/technical requirements and design communication API solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations for contract design.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to product and carrier relations teams.

Requirements

  • 10 years of full cycle sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products or solutions.
  • Directly selling technical SaaS or CPaaS.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, greenfield account acquisition, and executing strong QBR strategy.
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience with telecom companies, CPaaS, SMS aggregators, or global communications platforms.
  • Domain expertise from highly quantitative industries like DevOps, Fintech, or advertising optimization.
  • Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience.
