What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle with SMB merchants, from first conversation to close.
- Engage and convert warm inbound leads while also generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Efficiently qualify, demo, and close deals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Deliver value-based, consultative solutions by understanding customer pain points.
- Collaborate across teams (Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Support) for a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately track and forecast pipeline in Salesforce and consistently exceed revenue goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, ideally in SaaS, payments, or SMB environments.
- Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle motion.
- Strong communication skills (phone, video, written) to build trust and move deals forward.
- A hunter's mindset for disciplined outbound outreach.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, self-motivated, and coachable.
