Location: Opportunity to be based in one of Dialpad Hubs in the United States.

What you will do

  • Own the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers.
  • Create a territory account plan to achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to align the Dialpad product suite with their strategies and expansion plans.
  • Generate pipeline and drive an efficient sales process, exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor to customers.
  • Identify customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, with previous Mid-Market experience preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Account Management background.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience with solution selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDPICC.
  • Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Experienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets).
