What you will do
- Own the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers.
- Create a territory account plan to achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to align the Dialpad product suite with their strategies and expansion plans.
- Generate pipeline and drive an efficient sales process, exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
- Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor to customers.
- Identify customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, with previous Mid-Market experience preferred.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Account Management background.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience with solution selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDPICC.
- Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
- Experienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets).
