- Simplify complex situations and data to create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Lead or support transformation projects, working with teams and clients to set vision, goals, and strategies.
- Contribute to AI-driven CRM strategies using analytics and technology to improve patient and HCP engagement.
- Collaborate with mixed teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Play a major role in client proposals and identify opportunities for project expansion.
- Support thought leadership and develop innovative offerings in AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm with a focus on analytics and business insights in the Life Sciences Industry, particularly in Sales & Marketing.
- Notable experience with industry-related data sets such as clinical, claims, and specialty channel data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Scala, and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for potential client transformation initiatives.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa.
- Proven track record of core consulting skills including meeting development, data analysis, and change management.
- Ability to travel 70% to 80%, dependent on client needs.
