What you will do

• Aggregate data from various sources to generate accurate analysis.
• Generate data visualizations leveraging different technologies for slide decks and dashboards.
• Construct slide decks from inception to effectively communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform focused research on US households to help validate the data model and dataset.
• Gather training data that will help improve hirify.global’s data asset.
• Create custom segments for customers based on different heuristics and standardize/transform customer data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 1+ years of professional work experience in an analytical role.
• Beginner to intermediate experience with SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience working with large data files via command line.
• Collaborative team-focused attitude with a strong desire to advance the product and learn new things.
• A fierce sense of ownership and impeccable attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 2+ years working experience with SQL and Python.
• Previous experience supporting a product function in an internship or work environment.
