Salary: USD $85,000.00 - USD $225,400.00 /Yr

What you will do

  • Develop end-to-end workforce planning models for the entire hirify.global Revenue organization.
  • Design and propose data-backed recommendations for sales territory structures and quota allocation.
  • Define and calculate Market Deployable Units (MDUs) as the core framework for headcount investment strategy.
  • Create and present proposals on resource investment strategies to leadership.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics and deliver regular insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in Near-Term Strategy (2 years out), business planning, marketing, strategy, sales, or finance.
  • Experience in building complex financial and operational models using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and metrics.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with dedicated planning software like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Pigment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of core SaaS metrics applied within a hybrid Product-Led Growth (PLG) and enterprise sales model.
