TL;DR

Partner Development Specialist (Payments): Developing and maintaining relationships with partners to drive revenue for payments solutions with an accent on understanding partner business models and go-to-market strategies. Focus on educating partners on product features, driving sales, and resolving escalated issues.

Location: Remote (US). You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights in the United States, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Understand partners' organizations, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain relationships and educate partners on Xplor resources and product features.
• Drive sales production and monitor partner performance.
• Support negotiation of pricing, contract renewal, and commercial terms.
• Understand integration options and drive resolution of escalated issues.
• Prepare periodic business reviews and maintain partner information.

Requirements

• Must have payments experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
• At least 2 years related experience managing ISV Partners preferred.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Eligible working rights in the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs.
