What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with SMB clients to support organic growth.
- Perform post-sales activities, manage client needs, and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Negotiate contracts, meet deadlines, and achieve quarterly/annual revenue goals.
- Prospect, develop, and close renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within named accounts.
- Manage sales activities and forecasts in Salesforce.com.
- Establish regular Business Review cadences in person or virtually.
Requirements
- 6 years of work experience, with 3+ years in field sales within the software/technology sector.
- 5+ years of experience evangelizing SMB technology, particularly SaaS and disruptive cybersecurity.
- University undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and very high language skills.

- Ability to conduct strategic account planning.
- Competence in negotiating terms favorable for both client and company.
