TL;DR

B2B Account Executive (SaaS): Selling business solutions to new and existing users of the EasyPark app with an accent on building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships. Focus on proactively selling, negotiating, and quoting corporate SaaS solutions, and providing excellent account support via the telephone.

Location: The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Berlin.

Salary: 52.000 - 65.000 € (OTE)

What you will do

  • Actively sell, negotiate, and quote hirify.global B2B solutions and provide product information and account support via telephone.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing customers to drive sales.
  • Manage daily call activity through effective sales targeting and meet all KPIs.
  • Keep the CRM system updated to ensure data quality.
  • Maintain commercial responsibility for deals with customers, delivering qualitative sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with sales, with B2B sales experience (on the phone) as a plus.
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and implement them.
  • Determination to strive and exceed goals and targets.
  • Team player and self-motivated, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Efficient communicator with good active listening skills and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
