What you will do
- Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers for the Spanish market.
- Collaborate with Spanish colleagues and business partners to convert leads into new customers.
- Gather relevant market information to identify strengths, weaknesses, and new business opportunities.
- Determine sales objectives and establish the annual account plan in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Work closely with various internal departments to follow market demands.
- Take ownership of your role, supported by team camaraderie and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an agile environment.
- Proactive Sales Expert with excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and commercial thinker with a 'hunter' profile and strong analytical skills.
- Strong drive, energy, enthusiasm, persistence, and sharp focus on goals.
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and willing to travel if needed.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization.
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan.
- Good knowledge of English is expected given the international context.

- Experience in the sales of SaaS solutions and/or the HRIS landscape.
