What you will do
- Drive profitable sales growth through upsell and retention, meeting or exceeding sales goals for small to mid-sized corporations.
- Learn the full line of CT services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive position.
- Manage and update sales pipeline information for prospect accounts and incoming leads within Salesforce.com.
- Drive new business and customer development to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Improve CT market share by identifying Law Firms and managing their transition to CT services.
- Facilitate implementation and management of CT products and representation services into Law Firms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing.
- Inside business-to-business sales experience with high call volume activity.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com strongly preferred) as a primary account management tool.
- Experience selling complex professional services and enterprise solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of over quota sales performance.
- Experience with UCC, Registered Agent, Corporate Reporting, and Business Licensing services.
