What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing support to people leaders and individual contributors across the technology organization.
- Champion the company's values and help infuse them into daily work, ensuring remote and distributed teams feel connected.
- Coach and influence managers on how to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Provide business leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations on organizational health, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Provide day-to-day employee performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching and career development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success partnering with leaders in Engineering, Product Management, or Data organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Extensive senior HRBP experience supporting exempt/salaried employee client groups, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or platform environment.
- Strong understanding of the unique dynamics of technical teams, including Agile methodologies, distributed teams, visa/immigration complexities, and technical compensation models.
- Expertise in navigating and resolving complex employee relations matters, including leaves and ADA.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, especially with management and senior leaders who value data-driven insights.
