What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership teams to support workforce planning, engagement, talent, retention, development, and culture.
• Provide expertise and execution of People & Culture programs across multiple functions.
• Identify and accelerate development opportunities for leaders and high-potential talent.
• Use people analytics to promote data-led decision-making.
• Coach leaders on performance management and feedback.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and investigations.

Requirements

• Experience in a matrixed, fast-growing environment (SaaS preferred).
• Experience coaching senior leaders.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to make decisions.
• Experience supporting transformational change.
• Practical experience using AI and automation.
• 5+ years experience in an HR role across multiple disciplines.
