What you will do
- Partner with ering leaders to understand objectives, challenges, and evolving talent needs.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching on organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
- Use people analytics to identify trends across ering and inform strategic decisions.
- Design and implement tailored programs for ering talent, including leadership development and career pathways.
- Coach managers on performance management and building inclusive, high-performing tech cultures.
- Lead execution of core People programs, such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee relations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, with at least 3 years supporting Tech organizations (Product, ering, Data) in high-growth environments.
- Experience supporting C-Suite team members.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate complex people issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
