What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of key global people processes, including talent, performance management, engagement, and learning initiatives.
  • Advise, coach, and influence management on people-related matters such as performance, career pathing, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Educate and provide strategic solutions on employee retention, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and employment law.
  • Utilize HR analytics to improve talent capabilities and influence positive culture change.
  • Support change management initiatives and serve as the HR expert for employee relations.
  • Lead the design and execution of a competitive, equitable, and global compensation strategy.
  • Create and implement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging projects and company strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Human Resource leadership experience within a fast-paced, high-tech, growth environment.
  • Experience leading HR initiatives, employee, and organizational development.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning & development courses, workshops, and other trainings.
  • Experience leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience leading career pathing and leadership development.
  • Experience working in fast-growing startups.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, regulations, and compliance.

Nice to have

  • PHR/SPHR certification.
  • HRBP experience.
  • Global HR experience.
  • Labor law knowledge.
