What you will do

  • Partner with senior functional leaders to align people priorities with business objectives.
  • Coach managers on performance, feedback, engagement, and effective team leadership.
  • Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support organizational design, team structure evolution, and workforce planning.
  • Use people data and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and drive practical business actions.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team to deliver talent, learning, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of HR experience, including experience in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in a global, fast-paced organization.
  • Strong employee relations experience and coaching skills.
  • A data-informed mindset and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong business judgment and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Experience in tech, startup, or scaling environments.
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation to improve HR workflows.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
